InnerField Psychotherapy

Life can feel overwhelming when we are carrying anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, stress, loneliness, or the pressure to meet the expectations of others. At times, we may feel disconnected from ourselves, uncertain about the future, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.

My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and safely. I believe that meaningful change begins when we feel seen, understood, and accepted for who we are.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to identity, belonging, and self-acceptance. Together, we can explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to your struggles, while building greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.

My approach is collaborative and client-centred, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices. I strive to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, goals, strengths, and lived experiences.

Through both professional training and personal experience, including parenting and supporting a neurodivergent child, I have developed a deep appreciation for the resilience people bring to life’s challenges. I understand that healing is rarely about fixing what is wrong with us. Rather, it is about developing greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and the ability to navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and authenticity.

I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and offer virtual psychotherapy services across Ontario.
